Held is an 8-week virtual group program that combines the Safe and Sound Protocol — a clinically validated, nervous system intervention — with somatic therapy, nervous system education, and the quiet power of being witnessed by other moms who understand.

The program is built around the family nervous system: co-regulation with children, intergenerational patterns, and the particular depletion of being the emotional center of a household. This isn't generic wellness. It is specific, clinical, and designed for the life you are actually living.

The SSP is delivered individually via an app on your own device, on your schedule — so the listening work is private and personally paced. The group meets bi-weekly to learn, practice, and regulate together. Individual sessions bookend the program so your experience is held with personal care throughout.

individual intake

60 Minutes, 1:1 Before the group begins

We begin together, privately. Before the group opens, you and I meet individually to map your nervous system history, set intentions, complete a baseline assessment, and orient you to the Safe and Sound Protocol. This session establishes the foundation everything else builds on

foundation & integration

Weeks 2-6 Weekly Group Sessions 75 minutes

Four group sessions woven across six weeks, each combining nervous system education, therapist-led somatic practices, and space for reflection. Between sessions, you continue SSP listening privately via the app.

Topics move through the arc of the program: understanding your autonomic patterns, neuroception and the mom nervous system, your window of tolerance, co-regulation and depletion, regulation tools for real life, and the rhythms that rebuild felt safety.

individual midpoint check-in

Week 3 or 4 1:1 3o minutes

A private check-in to review your SSP experience, adjust pacing if needed, and make sure the program is meeting you where you are. This is also where we track early shifts — in sleep, reactivity, capacity, or groundedness.

Weeks 7-8 Final two group sessions

The program moves into its deepest territory: the nervous system you inherited and the one you are passing on. Intergenerational patterns, the family nervous system, and what it means to be a cycle breaker — not through willpower, but through regulation.

The final group session closes with integration, celebration, and a shared sense of arrival.

After week 8 45 minutes 1:1

We close privately. Together we review your closing assessment, complete your autonomic map, and build your personalized ongoing care plan — a document of your nervous system, in your own words, that belongs to you long after the program ends. Your SSP app access continues for 12 months from this session.
